⚠️ Important Notes

  • The visa is tied to the existence and operations of the subsidiary/branch in Nusantara. If the entity ceases operations, the visa is invalidated.

  • Corporate investors must comply with OIKN regulations, BKPM/OSS licensing, and annual reporting obligations.

  • This visa does not allow employment activities outside the scope of corporate governance.

  • Dependents (spouse and children) may apply for a Dependent ITAS under the main visa holder’s sponsorship.
