It is designed for businesspeople, entrepreneurs, or company representatives who need to travel frequently to Indonesia for pre-investment activities before establishing a business entity.

Purpose

  • To allow foreigners to conduct pre-investment activities, such as market research, feasibility studies, location visits, or meetings with potential partners.

  • To support investors in making preparations before formally establishing or registering a company in Indonesia.
